Welcome to Sunnyvale

About

Sunnyvale is home to a wonderful mix of major employers, including Apple Central & Wolfe campus, LinkedIn offices, Google offices, AMD HQ, Juniper Networks HQ, Lockheed Martin Space, NetApp, and Fortinet. With a population of approximately 155,000, it’s the second-largest city in Santa Clara County.

Residents enjoy the walkable Heritage District downtown along Murphy Avenue, with its weekly Saturday Farmers’ Market and growing dining scene. Sunnyvale also offers great school flexibility, with access to either Sunnyvale SD or Cupertino Union SD depending on address, and lovely bayfront trail access via Baylands Park. About Cherry Chase

Cherry Chase is an established neighborhood in Sunnyvale, located in the western portion of the city adjacent to the Cupertino border. The neighborhood is notable because many of its addresses feed into the Cupertino Union School District — specifically Cherry Chase Elementary and Cupertino Middle — and into Homestead High School. This gives families a Cupertino Union School District education at a Sunnyvale address. Homes are primarily mid-century ranches, often with large lots and mature trees.
